By registering, accessing, or playing on RAN Online : EN, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These rules are designed to protect the community, ensure fair gameplay, and maintain a respectful environment for all players.

1. Account & Access

• Each account requires a valid email address. We will not assist with issues caused by invalid or inaccessible accounts.
• Sharing account information is strictly not recommended. We will not hold any responsibility for compromised accounts.
• The server team reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms.

2. Fair Play & Anti-Cheat

• Use of third-party tools, bots, packet editors, memory manipulation, or any form of cheating is strictly forbidden.
• Our anti-cheat system may automatically capture a screenshot of your desktop if suspicious activity is detected.
• Screenshots are encrypted, stored securely, and never shared publicly.
• Only authorized staff may access them for dispute resolution or enforcement.
• Players found exploiting bugs or bypassing client restrictions will face disciplinary action.

3. Character Naming

• All character names must follow community standards and must not impersonate staff or contain offensive content.
• Names are automatically tagged for uniqueness (e.g., player#0001).
• Manually editing tagged names (e.g., changing brawler#0007 to brawler#0006) is a violation and may result in penalties.

4. Community Conduct

• Respect all players and staff. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or toxic behavior will not be tolerated.
• Disputes should be handled through the appropriate support channels.
• Impersonating staff or spreading false information about server policies is prohibited.

5. Donations & Virtual Goods

• Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
• Items or benefits received through donations do not grant ownership rights.
• The server team may adjust donation rewards or item stats for balance and fairness.

6. Privacy & Data

• RAN Online : EN collects only the data necessary for account and gameplay management.
• Player activity may be logged for moderation and security purposes.
• By playing, you consent to the use of your in-game data for server operations and community features.

7. Updates & Modifications

• The server team may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Continued use of the server after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
• Players are encouraged to check announcements for updates and patch notes.

8. Enforcement & Disciplinary Actions

• Violations may result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans.
• All enforcement actions will be documented in the appropriate log channels.
